The world's best employer! Sany is listed on Forbes again

On October 9, the 2025 Forbes Global Best Employers list was released. Thanks to its continuous investment and outstanding practices in employee care, talent development, and organizational construction, Sany Group successfully made the list and won the honor of "Forbes Global Best Employer".

 

To compile this annual list, Forbes partnered with market research firm Statista to survey over 300,000 employees from multinational companies across 50 countries and regions, all employed by companies with over 1,000 employees. Respondents were asked how likely they would recommend their company to friends and family, and rated their company on benefits, talent development, work environment, and training opportunities. Respondents were also asked to rate companies they had worked for in the past two years, as well as companies they had learned about through industry information or the work experiences of friends and family.

Forbes analyzed and compiled the survey results based on data from the past three years, giving more weight to recent data and the evaluations of current employees. The 900 companies with the highest scores made the list.

Forbes noted that mainland Chinese companies performed exceptionally well on this year's Forbes World's Best Employers list, with 53 mainland Chinese companies making the list. Among them, Sany Group ranked 21st among mainland Chinese companies and 480th globally, also ranking first in China's construction machinery industry.
